1- Questionnaire
First fill out the registration form and email it to us - CLICK HERE.
An assessment is made by the doctor based on the information obtained in your questionnaire and interview and a customized nutritional program is designed.
2- Register
Call us (808-933-4400) for an interview & to discuss the length of your stay (based on the questionnaire).
Pay your non-refundable registration fee of $300. The registration fee may be paid by credit card or paypal - either over the phone, or click here to pay the fee online.
3- Cost
The basic fee for your stay is $410 per day (Updated 2012-Jan).
It includes: transportation to and from the airport, a detox kit, a room with a bath, 3 raw food meals & 4 green juices per day, daily FIR sauna sessions and coffee enemas, medical supervision and counseling sessions, meditation guidelines, and EFT acu-tapping instructions. It also includes individual exercise guidelines, the use of a bicycle, work out equipment and snorkeling gear.
Additional therapies and treatments may be suggested at additional cost.
The following therapies and treatments are available: massage, myofacial release, acupuncture, the work of Byron Katie, yoga, Reichian Breathwork, Watsu, personal training, massage, hydrogen peroxide baths, clay packs, and castor oil packs.
4-Payment
50% is due after a customized program is created for you.
